Central Theme: Strengthening Africa's fiscal, institutional, and governance capacity to fulfill the social contract, alongside reforming international systems to better support these efforts.

Key Findings:
Peace and Development: Presents findings on Africa's peace and security landscape, progress toward the SDGs, and the interconnectedness of peace, development, and human rights.
Financing for Development: Highlights the need to overhaul international financial architecture to address the root causes of underdevelopment and strengthen national systems.

The global launch was held on November 12, 2025, to present the reports' findings to a global audience of policymakers, development partners, and academics.
